Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE Position Title: Accounting Manager This is an opportunity to join a growing, industry-leading consulting firm where finance plays a strategic role in driving business success. The Accounting Manager will own key accounting functions, lead the month‑end close process, support financial planning and forecasting, and provide valuable insights that help guide business decisions. Accounting Manager Responsibilities Own month‑end close processes Prepare journal entries and reconciliations Manage work papers and assist in onboarding and offboarding processes Conduct financial projections and oversee accounts payable Handle cash flow management and related banking activities Analyze pricing strategies and margins for ad hoc projects Accounting Manager Requirements 5+ years of accounting management experience in a company with revenue of $5 million or more Exposure to deferred revenue, multi‑state payroll, and accrual accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience Tech‑focused with a willingness to embrace new technology implementations Understanding of cash flow and projections, with the ability to gather necessary data Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and XLOOKUP Must possess a BA or BS degree CPA certification is preferred Experience in a professional services firm is a plus Familiarity with partnership‑type structures is advantageous Experience with Power BI is preferred BA in accounting is preferred Benefits 100% medical coverage for employees and 80% for dependents, with a maximum out‑of‑pocket of $6,600 for families and $3,300 for individuals Health insurance provider is a reputable PPO 30‑day waiting period for benefits eligibility Dollar‑for‑dollar match on HSA contributions 401(k) plan with auto‑contribution of 3% after eligibility, along with profit sharing after 12 months PTO accrual of 1.25 days per month, increasing to 15 days after one year 8 days of sick leave + Paid holidays If you are an Accounting Manager looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
