About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its mission of transforming healthcare. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and operational foundation of the organization, with a focus on making excellent healthcare affordable and attainable for all. This role is pivotal in leading the financial planning, reporting, and analysis function, and will involve close partnership with senior leadership to guide the company through key milestones, including potential IPO readiness and capital planning. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing finance team, overseeing capital allocation, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a growth-stage or public company. The role requires a proven track record in leading FP&A and financial strategy, as well as experience in taking a company through a successful IPO or public filing process. A deep understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, healthcare financial metrics, and public company readiness is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital raising, be adept at building and leading high-performing teams, and possess exceptional communication and executive presence. A hands-on, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and experience in financial systems implementation and process optimization will be well-suited for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
