About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Account Management to lead the strategic growth and profitability of its largest e-commerce customer in the US commercial market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy, establishing long-term business plans, and leading the annual Joint Business Planning processes. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in Amazon marketplace and e-commerce, experience in retail media strategy, and advanced knowledge in SEO. The VP will also be accountable for the Amazon P&L, managing pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to optimize financial performance, and driving category leadership across key product portfolios. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 14 years of related sales experience, with a focus on consumer-packaged goods, toys, entertainment, or e-commerce channels. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships, negotiate business terms, and champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess the analytical skills to make data-informed business decisions. Cross-functional leadership, team development, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain optimization are also key qualifications for this executive role.
