This remote position allows you to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific goals of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and relevant continuing education opportunities to enhance professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
