This remote role is based in the beautiful city of Corpus Christi, Texas, allowing you to work in a flexible setting that enhances work-life balance and personal wellness. With the option of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 7 PM from Monday to Friday, you'll find a rhythm that suits your personal commitments while meeting the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling to clients and their families while addressing their unique emotional and social needs.

• Thoroughly interview clients to gather critical information regarding their social, personal, and health backgrounds and interpret this data to formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ psychological and social problems in line with professional standards and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques for resolution within your scope of practice.
\n
• Plan and coordinate comprehensive programs that align with clients' social and emotional requirements while ensuring a continuum of care.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting mutual respect and acceptance throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services, documenting findings meticulously in client records according to established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring that documentation is current and reflective of services provided.
\n
• Engage in individual clinical counseling, adapting approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management to support the operational needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW in this position will provide essential support to individuals seeking help at our Detox Center. Clients may present with a range of concerns including, but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, family dynamics, and grief. Your expertise will empower them to confront these challenges and guide them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in social work, mental health counseling, or a related area is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrable experience in counseling individuals dealing with behavioral health issues such as depression, substance use disorders, and crisis management.

• experience in family and marital counseling, grief support, and handling complex emotional dynamics will be considered an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually.
