Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals facing substance misuse issues and emotional distress. Many clients come to us in urgent need of assistance, experiencing crises that may involve feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, depression, or suicidal ideation. Your ability to build a trusting therapeutic relationship will be essential in helping clients share their experiences and work toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing crisis intervention and mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, reflective of your experience and performance.
