Managing the sales process from quote through enrollment, the full-time California Licensed Sales Representative will collaborate remotely with broker firms to develop sales strategies and provide support for large group benefits, ensuring a thorough understanding of market trends and product offerings. Key responsibilities: Establish an in-depth understanding of products and processes to assist agents/brokers effectively Review RFP submissions and develop quoting strategies in collaboration with Business Service Executives Conduct regular follow-ups with agents/brokers to understand customer needs and enhance sales opportunities Required qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent required 4+ years of professional experience in selling, account management, or servicing large group benefits Active Life & Health License Strong knowledge of large group carrier plan features and financial principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
