Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering the convenience of working from home. Working hours are structured during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while maintaining high standards of patient care. As a telehealth provider, you’ll utilize secure digital platforms to engage with clients, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, evaluating symptoms such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific needs, strengths, and goals, and adapting these plans as required throughout the therapeutic process.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting sessions meticulously, and adjusting treatment approaches based on data-driven assessments.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, optimizing treatment outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
