Senior Accountant

Accountants One is recruiting a hands‑on Senior Accountant for a growing client undergoing major system upgrades (NetSuite + BuildOps). This role supports the Service Division and will also help with Percent‑of‑Completion (POC) / construction project accounting as the Construction Division expands. What You’ll Do Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist with accounting cleanup. Support month‑end close, journal entries, allocations, and account research. Assist in AP, AR, bank recs, and cash applications as needed. Contribute to POC / project accounting and job‑level reporting. Support NetSuite and BuildOps setup and implementation. Jump in where needed—fast‑paced, varied workload. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related). 5+ years of accounting experience. Percent‑of‑Completion / construction accounting required. Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving skills. Tech‑savvy, adaptable, team‑first mindset. Onsite Monday–Friday, 8–5.
