In this role, you will focus on clients in the Finance industry, partnering closely with leaders across Solutions Engineering, Product, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide customers along their security journey while expanding the reach of our platform.As a trusted technical advisor, you will influence outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle by retaining, expanding, and acquiring business through expert guidance, compelling demos, and strategic consultation. You will serve as the bridge between customer needs and platform capabilities, powering long-term value, adoption, and advocacy.We are looking for individuals who embody humility, hunger, and people-smart instincts. Successful candidates will bring energy into every interaction and thrive in front of customers.**Responsibilities:*** Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.* Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes.* Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling that clearly articulate value and build confidence across technical and executive audiences.* Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.* Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements.* Develop high-quality enablement content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, training assets to support internal teams and partners.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience.* Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management based on customer needs, technical gaps, and emerging market trends.* Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value, ensuring alignment with stakeholder outcomes.* Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.* Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields.* 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.* Proven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.* Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).* Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.* Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.* Ability to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.* Proven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education.**Bonus Qualifications*** Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.* Familiarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, or modern detection/security posture technologies.* Hands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, PowerShell).* Experience delivering executive briefings, architecture workshops, or security maturity assessments.* Background in SOC operations, threat hunting, or incident response.* Experience working with or enabling MSSPs, GSIs, or Channel Partners.* Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA).* Strong technical storytelling ability translating complex concepts into clear value for customers.* Enthusiasm for mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing across internal teams.* AI technology experience, such as applying AI/ML to cybersecurity workflows, leveraging LLMs or agentic AI for automation, or working with AI-driven detection and analytics systems.**Preferred Certifications*** CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications.* AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.* Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications.**What Top Candidates Love About This Role*** High-impact visibility across customers, partners, and internal leadership.* Opportunity to influence product direction through real customer insights.* Frequent customer-facing engagements with both technical and executive audiences.* Work with innovative cybersecurity and AI-powered technologies to shape the future of enterprise security.* A collaborative, humble, hungry, and smart team culture that values innovation and customer outcomes.* Mission-driven work enabling customers to strengthen their security posture and achieve their goals using our platform.**What We Offer You:**You're important to us.
