We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise Account Executives across North America. If you enjoy GenAI, agentic workflows, enterprise architecture, and security, and love turning complex technical conversations into trusted customer relationships, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to win strategic enterprise accounts and support deals above $100K ACV.
• Lead technical discovery with CISOs, CIOs, Security, IT, Risk, and AI teams.
• Design and execute successful proof of concept and proof of value engagements.
• Demonstrate rapid deployment and measurable customer ROI.
• Navigate enterprise technical validation involving InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and Architecture teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Support customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including DLP, SASE, SWG, and cloud security.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud environments.
• Ability to engage clients around AI use cases and confidently conduct product demonstrations.
• Experience supporting CISOs, CIOs, IT, Security, and Risk leaders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Startup mindset with strong collaboration, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Salesforce, and technical account planning.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI Security, Governance, Network Security, or Cloud Security.
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience working alongside partners, SIs, or VARs.
• Certifications such as CISSP or AWS Solutions Architect.

Location & Compensation

• East Coast preferred.
• Travel approximately 30 to 70 days annually.
• On target earnings of $200K consisting of $150K base, $50K variable, plus equity.
