Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to devise appropriate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, family, marriage, and group counseling, based on your specific expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments that inform treatment decisions and adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development and partake in supervision and peer consultation meetings.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical staff to provide an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Inner Journey, you will work primarily with children, families, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• At least 3 years of direct experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and promptness in handling client needs.

• Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and trends in individual and family counseling, informed by ongoing research and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly among children, youth, and at-risk families.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition, you will receive full administrative support, which allows you to focus on clinical care.
