Accounting Coordinator

Accounting CoordinatorWH Bass, Inc. is currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator to help with supporting our accounting and operations team. The Accounting Coordinator will partner with the Accounting team to ensure subcontractors and other vendors get paid timely and appropriately.The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:Invoice ProcessingReview, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receive documentation.Verify coding, approvals, and supporting documentation before payment.Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.Payment AdministrationPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.Ensure payments are issued according to established terms and deadlines.Maintain records of all payments and supporting documentation.Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.WH Bass offers industry leading compensation.WH Bass, an AJC 2026 Top Workplace, is a full-service, employee-owned general contractor and construction management firm.
