Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and individualized needs.

• Establish and implement effective treatment plans that are specifically tailored to each client’s unique concerns and therapeutic goals.

• Provide engaging one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on the clients’ preferences and needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as required, creating a safe and supportive space for participants to share their experiences.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through regular check-ins and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to external services when appropriate.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

The successful candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory.
