Role Summary As a Service Manager, you will oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience, assist in managing shift operations, and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Create legendary experiences for guests. Qualifications Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. Passion for training and developing team members. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
