Scheduling Coordinator

Role Description

The IMA Group is seeking a highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to support our Pennsylvania BDD provider scheduling team. In this role, you'll coordinate provider reschedules, optimize appointment availability, and ensure schedules are updated accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate daily provider reschedules based on requests from the Provider Relations team.
• Move appointments up when availability allows or place patients into the scheduling queue as needed.
• Complete scheduling adjustments for priority exam double bookings.
• Monitor schedules, identify conflicts, and communicate issues to the Scheduling Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records while adhering to HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional scheduling support and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous scheduling, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
