Role Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based at O'Rielly Chevrolet Inc. in Tucson, AZ. This role is responsible for processing and recording customer payments, generating and sending invoices, and reconciling accounts receivable records. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring outstanding balances, following up on past‑due accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation in the accounting system. The Accounts Receivable Clerk collaborates with the finance and sales departments to ensure timely cash flow, accurate reporting, and adherence to internal controls and dealership policies. This role also supports month‑end closing activities and assists with preparing basic financial reports as needed. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with experience managing accounts receivable and invoices. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and interpreting financial data. Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Proficiency with accounting software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or DMS systems). High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work on‑site in Tucson, AZ, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Prior experience in automotive retail or a similar high‑volume environment is beneficial.
