The individual will work closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and external partners to ensure programs are executed with precision, consistency, and a high‑quality participant experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to operate effectively in a high‑touch, fast-paced environment.In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will:Support the design and delivery of global, Firmwide leadership development programs, working closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and global and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and consistencyCoordinate end‑to‑end program and project management activities across regions, supporting planning, execution, evaluation, and ongoing enhancements in partnership with Global Counterparts, Talent & Diversity Advisors and HR Business PartnersTrack, analyze, and maintain program data, including managing metrics, reviewing outcomes, and synthesizing insights to assess program impact and identify opportunities across geographiesExecute programming with strong attention to detail and disciplined planning, ensuring timelines, materials, communications, and deliverables are accurately managed across regionsCoordinate high‑touch, high‑visibility global leadership experiences and events, supporting complex logistics and a consistent, commercial participant experienceSupport external vendor and partner coordination, including program budgets, sourcing support, contracting processes, approvals, and invoice tracking, often across multiple regionsWhat you'll bring to the role:3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ideally within a complex, global organizationStrong partnership and relationship‑building skills, with experience working closely alongside HR colleagues and employees at multiple levels across regionsHighly collaborative and team‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively with peers and global counterparts to support shared outcomesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience tracking, maintaining, and analyzing program data and metrics to support insights and decision‑makingSolid program and project management skills, including coordination of initiatives, event planning, logistics, and execution of high‑touch, high‑visibility experiences, often across geographiesDemonstrated experience leveraging metrics, best practices, and tools to support program effectiveness and continuous improvementComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, providing thoughtful support, coordination, and follow‑throughProven ability to operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with strong attention to detail and execution disciplineWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
