Flexible Muscle Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team in Freehold, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position involves working onsite in various home settings, allowing for a personalized approach to patient care. You will have the flexibility to adapt treatment plans in real-time based on patient feedback and needs. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while being fully committed to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical needs and capabilities.
• Create individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving specific health goals for each patient.
• Implement treatment techniques that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and educational programs tailored to each patient's condition.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR), with a strong preference for Web PT.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and home exercise plans.
• Motivate and support patients through their recovery journey, providing encouragement and making modifications to therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults and seniors experiencing a variety of orthopedic and mobility issues. We cater to individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions, employing a holistic approach to rehabilitation in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will directly impact their journey back to optimal health.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate patient documentation and record-keeping.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home care settings or outpatient facilities focusing on orthopedic or geriatric populations.
• Previous experience creating successful treatment plans that have yielded positive patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and innovative rehabilitation technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
