Short Description
We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to organize and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on scaling performance, improving key metrics, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for fast-growing consumer brands.
Compensation: Competitive salary in USD

Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive
Qualifications (Must Haves)
- 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, or paid media
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies
