Outside Sales Representative – Business Development- B2B We are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Greenville, SC area. This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on building relationships with small businesses through outbound sales and in-person visits. This is not a mid-market or enterprise sales position – it is a short sales cycle role designed for an energetic sales professional who thrives in face-to-face business development. Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase market share in the Greenville, SC territory. Collaborate with inside sales team to prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and tailored solutions. Provide on-site expertise, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions. Attend industry networking events and visit business hubs (e.g., restaurant supply depots) to connect with decision makers. Stay up to date on company offerings, promotions, and product knowledge. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to drive results in an outbound sales environment. Background in sales, retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced industries demonstrating multitasking, customer service, and performance under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with small business owners and colleagues. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to represent company interests while maintaining customer satisfaction. Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
