Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Description:

Position Summary

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests while maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked pantry environment. This role supports the overall workplace experience by ensuring food and beverage areas are efficiently managed and operate according to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, market, and back-stock areas.
• Stock, rotate, and monitor inventory to ensure products are fresh and within expiration dates.
• Maintain a full understanding of available food and beverage offerings.
• Order, receive, and organize pantry supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish self-service food and beverage stations.
• Keep all pantry equipment clean, sanitized, and in proper working condition.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
• Support workplace events, catering requests, and special functions.
• Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Prior Food & Beverage (F&B) experience required.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills.

Customer Service Skills

• Strong customer service mindset.
• Professional presence and communication skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and guests.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
