Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our innovative platform alongside your network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
• Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring journey
• Keep thorough and accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and successful hires made through your leads

What You Will Need for Success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-directed attitude you dictate your schedule, not the other way around

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based opportunity focusing on performance. This means there are no limits to your earning potential or the peaks of your accomplishments.

You will earn income based on the actual results you generate:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange
