Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: On-site in Brunswick, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities of a Bookkeeper:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and enter journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions
• Assist with month-end closings, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records



Qualifications of a Bookkeeper:
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
