This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused finance professional who is looking to develop their career within a busy accounts environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance operations of the business, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, supplier records are maintained, and financial processes run smoothly. This role would suit someone with previous transactional finance experience who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team within a fast-paced and growing organisation. Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities Completing daily banking reconciliations and ensuring accuracy against internal records Processing supplier invoices and matching purchase invoices correctly Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate purchase ledger records Preparing and processing payment requests Supporting general finance administration and document management Scanning, filing, and maintaining financial documentation Providing support across sales administration when required Assisting the wider accounts team with ad-hoc finance tasks Accounts Assistant Experience Required Previous experience within an accounts or finance administration role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with purchase ledger, invoices, and reconciliations would be advantageous Good IT skills and confidence using finance systems Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Comfortable working to deadlines within a busy environment Accounts Assistant Personal Attributes Organised and methodical approach to work Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external contacts Reliable and professional attitude Proactive approach with a willingness to support the wider business Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr NC Associates
