Recruiting Coordinator

Global AmLaw firm seeks a junior-level Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage agency relationships, coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct phone screens for entry-level candidates, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in a law firm, agency, or professional services recruiting or administrative/coordination role, with a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is preferred. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position based in New York City, with potential overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage agency relationships and serve as a liaison between external partners and internal hiring teams
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Conduct phone screens for entry-level candidates and assess basic qualifications
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting and process coordination

Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience in a law firm, agency, or professional services environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition

Compensation: #33-35/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
