What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates daily
Recruit and qualify professionals for financial services positions nationwide
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and database searches
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit
Build relationships with candidates and clients
Work in a highly metric-driven environment focused on:
Calls
Interviews
Submittals
Placements
Business development activity
Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers
Move quickly and create urgency throughout the hiring process
KPI Expectations

 

This is a performance-driven environment. Successful recruiters are comfortable with:

 

200-250 + outbound calls weekly
20-25 candidate interviews weekly
15+ candidate submittals weekly
Consistent recruiting and sales activity throughout the day
Managing multiple priorities with speed and urgency
What We’re Looking For

 

Required:

 

Experience in a KPI-driven sales or recruiting environment
Heavy outbound phone experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive mindset with strong sense of urgency
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability

 

Preferred:

 

Financial services industry experience
Mortgage, banking, collections, title/escrow, or lending background
Staffing or recruiting experience
Experience working toward activity and production goals
