In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care through therapy sessions that can be conducted remotely. As a fully remote position, this role offers the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own environment while maintaining a structured schedule. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for predictable work hours that help you balance personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and helping them navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and understanding.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in setting, pursuing, and achieving therapeutic goals.

• Document each session diligently, preparing case notes and treatment plan reviews to ensure compliance with clinical standards.

• Coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers and school staff, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will engage in therapy sessions that address a variety of challenges, from relationship dynamics to individual mental health issues. Your ability to provide culturally sensitive care is essential, as you will serve clients from various backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of family therapy principles and community resources that can aid clients in their mental health journey.

• Proven experience in mental health documentation, including developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
