Key Skills & Experience Desired: Valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant certifications. Proven experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, and/or teletherapy OT environments. Strong understanding of fine and gross motor skill development and intervention strategies. Capability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in IEP development, implementation, and evaluation. Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches for PreK-12th grade students with varying needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities: Assess students needs and deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions across a range of ages (PreK-12th). Create and implement individualized treatment plans to support student growth and independence. Track progress, document sessions, and participate in IEP meetings. Consult with staff and families to maximize therapy outcomes in and out of the classroom. Participate in professional development to stay informed of best practices and advances in OT.
