About the Role:

A growing real estate platform is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, customer acquisition and measurable business growth. This role will work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns, improve CRM and automation systems, strengthen the company's digital presence and drive qualified opportunities across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can develop strategy while also managing execution in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Create email, SMS, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, nurturing and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Develop landing pages, funnels, lead magnets and follow-up sequences.
• Manage CRM workflows, database segmentation and marketing automation.
• Develop automated lead scoring, routing and nurture campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and track key metrics including qualified leads, conversion rates, pipeline and ROI.
• Build reporting dashboards and provide performance insights to leadership.
• Develop and manage content and social media strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external creative resources when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation, technology and AI.
• Test and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Work closely with leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and executing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels and customer acquisition.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with AI and workflow automation is a plus.
