Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy services to individual clients as well as conducting group and family sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Utilizing crisis intervention strategies and providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating empathy and expertise.

• Taking an active role in community outreach efforts, including educational initiatives, to promote mental health awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to adeptly support individuals from different cultural and socioeconomic contexts.
