What You'll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU
• Use advanced neonatal technology, including body cooling and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists and hospital staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support families through compassionate care and guidance
• Engage in flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance

What You Need:

• Board-certified or eligible Neonatologist
• Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in Level II/III NICU settings preferred
