Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements with clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Investigating and resolving discrepancies and disputes. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collections activities. Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments. Requirements Previous experience in collections is a must. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
