Education First Credit Union (EFCU) is a full-service not-for-profit financial institution serving members in Ohio, with a Columbus headquarters and Reynoldsburg branch. We are seeking a Member Solutions (Collections) Specialist for our Columbus Mound Street branch. This is an in-office role in Columbus, OH, with a pay range of $22.00–$25.00 per hour. You will contact delinquent members, negotiate payment plans, review accounts for actions, and ensure compliance with federal and state #J-18808-Ljbffr
