Administrative Sales Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Support Specialist
• Monitor and review incoming website contact form submissions on a daily basis.
• Assess and categorize each inquiry (e.g., product requests, legal matters, support requests, complaints, vendor partnerships, general company information).
• Triage and route each submission to the appropriate department or team for timely follow-up.
• Ensure urgent or sensitive matters are escalated promptly to the relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of all submissions and their resolutions for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Provide clear, professional communication when acknowledging receipt of inquiries, as needed.
• Identify and flag recurring issues or trends for potential process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders in marketing and sales.

Skills:

• Background in sales enablement, Salesforce IT, and analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing web leads and sales processes.
• A sales-oriented mindset is preferred over a purely administrative one.
• Project coordination or management experience is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• sales, marketing and analytics focus.
