Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that align with the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week to comply with full-time clinical obligations, while ensuring each session is meaningful and goal-focused.
\n
• Document treatment and progress following company protocols, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes on a timely basis.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and effectively address community mental health needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Employ creative interventions and therapeutic techniques, adaptable to each client's unique circumstances, to foster positive outcomes and personal growth.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to contribute to a cohesive and thriving workplace culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Connected Minds Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present unique challenges that require culturally competent and empathetic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid LMFT PA clinical license in Illinois.
\n
• Experience with clinical documentation processes, including evaluation reports, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to navigate electronic documentation platforms efficiently, with specific knowledge of Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is advantageous).

• Commitment to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and modeling stability for clients.
\n
• Willingness to undergo background checks to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in working with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or play therapy.

• Prior experience in community health settings or similar organizations that prioritize social and emotional well-being.

• Engagement in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and comes with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
