About The Payroll Administrator Role The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of payroll and related reporting and recordkeeping on a bi-weekly basis Responsible for the administration of the company's time and attendance and payroll systems Acts as a liaison for outside agencies and collaborates with other departments to resolve payroll issues and ensure employees are paid correctly The Payroll Administrator works with HR and Fiscal for accurate payroll reporting, quarterly and annual tax filings, and thorough payroll analysis and reconciliation Preferred Qualifications Of The Payroll Administrator Previous experience processing payroll for 500+ employees Experience with a time and attendance system Good communication and analytical skills!
