Requirements: Minimum 1 year of RN experience Previous Charge RN experience required Patient ratio experience: 2:1 during days Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Experience with orthopedic PACU care and pre/post-operative care EMR: Experience with Epic

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from orthopedic procedures. Monitor patients for complications and respond to their needs effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Facilitate patient education and counseling during recovery transition. Document patient progress and interventions in compliance with standards. Assist in the discharge planning process for patients in the PACU.

Compliance / Notes: COVID-19 vaccination not required; Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only) Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday prior to start Ohio fingerprinting required upon contract signing RTO (return-to-office/time-off) must be included with submission
