Sr. Platform Engineer - ServiceNow

Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 4 years of relevant professional experience; 5 or more years is typically preferred.
• We prefer candidates with ServiceNow experience.

• We design, build, and maintain digital technology infrastructure that supports our applications and services.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new capabilities that align with user needs and business objectives.
• We enhance existing platforms to improve performance and functionality by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including debugging production and development problems.
• We contribute to code reviews to uphold high code quality and share expertise with our platform engineering team.
• We develop high-quality software solutions using maintainable and efficient code.
• We lead automation efforts across our software deployment platform, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and twelve-factor development practices to support reliable releases.
• We partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• We create and maintain complex unit tests and integration tests, applying test-driven development where appropriate.
• We recommend and implement improvements to our software development and deployment processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• We maintain thorough documentation for software applications, deployment workflows, and system configurations.
• We provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications to minimize downtime and speed up resolution.
