Payroll Specialist IV

To support a growing finance team, the remote Payroll Specialist IV will perform general payroll processing, manage garnishments, and ensure accurate payroll reporting in a multi-state and multi-company environment. Key responsibilities Assists in payroll maintenance, including timesheet input, paycheck generation, and payroll liability computations Manages garnishments and responds to agency inquiries while ensuring compliance with notary requirements Reviews personnel records and processes payroll-related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely filing Required qualifications Minimum high school diploma At least two years of related payroll experience in government contracting Working knowledge of payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping principles Experience with ANC is a plus Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment handling complex payroll processes
