Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulating diagnoses using the DSM V standards, and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and brief therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, families, and groups.

• Oversee and mentor Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals to formulate cross-system treatment plans, ensuring integrated and holistic care for clients.
\n
• Assess crisis situations effectively, prioritizing client needs and coordinating appropriate services for urgent cases.
\n
• Facilitate education and training sessions on pertinent clinical topics for team members and the broader community.
\n
• Perform intake assessments, including the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment, for clients with complex or multiple diagnoses.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
