As a office administrator you will need to have a positive attitude with providing profound customer service. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine monitoring, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits. Receive, inspect, label, organize, and properly store incoming inventory and materials. Order, replenish, and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations. Deliver parts and materials to technicians and installers as needed to support field operations. Restock technicians' carts with required parts and supplies in preparation for the next workday. Track inventory usage and ensure all stock movements are accurately documented in the inventory management system. Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for internal distribution or shipment. Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy and timely replenishment. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials required for technicians are readily available to support efficient daily operations. Assist with fleet logistics by preparing and stocking loaner vehicles for technicians when company vehicles are out of service. Transport company vehicles to designated dealerships, repair facilities, or service centers for maintenance and repairs as needed. Coordinate vehicle swaps to minimize technician downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Assist with continuous improvements to inventory control processes, warehouse organization, and fleet support operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred, if applicable). Experience using inventory management software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize inventory and equipment. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools, parts, or construction materials is a plus.
