Project Coordinator

Overview Company in Hudson Oaks, Texas-based ISP delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services across multiple states to residential, business, K-12 education and government customers. Focus on customer experience beyond cost-effective internet solutions. Responsibilities Interface within Planning and Development between the GIS team and the Contract Administrator on file management, document preparation and submittal, project scheduling, mapping, reporting and other special projects as assigned. Research contracts and Memorandums of Lease. Obtain documents and specifications by county to file MOLs. Electronic and physical file management and upkeep. Prepare reports as needed. File coordination and mapping for the GIS team. Quality Control project management within our software/databases. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Intern is expected to work with full-time partner on projects as assigned up to 30 hours per week. Time Frame July 20, 2026 – September 15, 2026 Physical Requirements The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 20 lbs. This position may involve occasionally operating a motor vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time.
