Sr. Business Analyst

An employer is looking to hire Sr. Business Analyst to their team preferred local to Atlanta, GA but open to remote candidates. You will be working with a specialized Merger and Acquisition team that is focused on the delivery of critical projects and activities that are focused in Treasury, Specialty Lending, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services and Payments. You will be working with this centralized team to help work through large amounts of data to build reporting, show dependencies across workstreams, process mapping and gap analysis on the workstreams. You will help strategize and build out decision analysis with the centralized team.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Business Analysis Experience
Experience in Banking (Mid-Cap Banking) or FinTech environments - Domains of Treasury, Money Movement, Merchant Services, Commercial Banking or SMB Products.
Expertise with Process Mapping/Process Flows and Gap Analysis
Advanced Experience with Reporting and Traceability


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Project Management Duties
Experience in Change Management
Experience with SmartSheets
