Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for new patients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Support patients throughout their recovery journey by managing their psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health conditions collaboratively with the care team.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions, adapting approaches based on patient progress and feedback.

• Coordinate care with external behavioral health facilities, ensuring continuity of treatment and a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, alongside concurrent mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults from various backgrounds and life experiences, who are on varying stages of their recovery journeys. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a relevant field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
