Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients sent by physicians, aligning therapeutic interventions with physician directives.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques tailored to the individual needs of patients, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions both in-clinic and in patients' homes, ensuring that each session is designed to foster recovery and enhance mobility.
• Educate and consult patients and caregivers on rehabilitation procedures and exercises, promoting adherence to treatment plans for optimal recovery.
• Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and contribute positively to the overall effectiveness of the team.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to organizational performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of patients, ranging from pediatric cases to adults recovering from injuries or surgeries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license in physical therapy and current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills, including both verbal and written modalities.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in word processing for documentation and patient record management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
