Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop unique treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Facilitate pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments, to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards.
\n
• Implement evidence-based screening tools directed by the clinical team to gauge client progress and needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our organization consistently meets the highest standards of care.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as community organizations to enhance service delivery and develop new partnerships.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the field.
\n
• Promote and integrate organizational mission and values in all interactions and service delivery.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with varying levels of developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
