Commercial Account Executive

Infisical

Infisical is looking to hire exceptional talent to join our teams in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era. We help developers and organizations securely manage over 1.5 billion secrets each month including application configuration, database credentials, certificates, and more. Our customers range from fast‑growing startups to the largest public enterprises. We are well‑funded and backed by investors including Y Combinator, Elad Gil and Google. About This Role As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing the customer base and closing net‑new logos for Infisical’s secrets management platform. You will play a defining role in growing our #1 open‑source security infrastructure stack. Understand and demonstrate our products to prospects. Develop, manage, and close business within accounts in our commercial accounts segment. Drive the sales cycle from prospect to close, ensuring adoption and consumption of our products. Collaborate with the engineering team to define customer requirements and communicate timelines. Identify current customers with upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Use innovative sales tools to map, prospect, follow, and close your accounts. About You Experience selling software to a technical audience (bonus: knowledge and experience with open source, security, and/or infrastructure sales). Demonstrated experience in scaling sales operations from the ground up, including setting up sales processes and CRM systems. Credibility and ability to craft compelling cases for change. Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder sales (e.g., IC engineer, director, executive leadership). Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX. How You Will Grow Scale Infisical to thousands of customers over the next 18 months. Work with a wide range of companies – from modern AI startups to Fortune 10 companies. Define Infisical’s sales strategy for various geographies, industries, and customer segments. Directly participate in setting Infisical’s product roadmap by gathering customer feedback and insights.
