We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations. Job Overview Enforce Consulting is seeking a driven Recruiting/Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in talent acquisition and 1‑2 years HR experience (preferred). The role focuses on recruiting top performers in the Human Capital Management space and managing internal functions, including IT and office management, with 1‑2 direct reports. Responsibilities Recruit top performers in the Human Capital Management space. Lead internal functions of the company, including IT and office management duties. Oversee every stage of the employment lifecycle for employees, emphasizing talent acquisition, retention, and benefits administration. Qualifications 5+ years experience in talent acquisition. 1‑2 years experience in HR (preferred). Proven track record in talent acquisition and desire to perform basic HR functions. Preferred Skills Subject‑matter expertise in HR practices. Ability to develop and implement internal policies and procedures to improve employee engagement, development, and retention.
