Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms such as Zoom and Doxy.me.

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify presenting issues, histories, and needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
\n
• Guide clients through exploration of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering insight and self-awareness essential for their growth.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly check in on progress, and adjust treatment strategies based on efficacy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress as mandated by ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be engaging with a wide range of clients, each facing different mental health challenges, including but not limited to, developmental disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and life transitions. Our clientele is diverse, representing various backgrounds, ages, and cultures, allowing for rich and varied therapeutic encounters. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor, including LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective counseling services remotely, with proficiency in teletherapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and dedication will be recognized through a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
